After a streak of some pretty successful Cheetos programs, the bar for creating cultural mischief was high. We needed another “is this real?” moment. So we thought, why not help Cheetos hijack the world’s largest winter athletic event (that we can’t say the name of)? So, how do you hijack an event that you are not an official sponsor of? Well, by sponsoring the underdogs, the USA Curling Team. Chester Cheetah, the king of cheese curls, was ready to give some needed support to the quirkiest sport in the event. We announced the partnership on social and then released the ultimate show of support to rally Americans —a music video featuring singer and choreographer, Todrick Hall. The best part—the USA Curling team won “1st place” for the first time ever!
