Doritos lives “For the Bold,” so that’s why we partnered with the summer’s biggest action blockbuster, Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, to bring a bold experience with every bag of Doritos. We created a 360-program to track and rescue dinosaurs for the chance to win some epic prizes. The promotion website featured an interactive map where consumers could explore Isla Nublar, as well as play a custom side scroll game, escaping obstacles in a geosphere. The game gained massive popularity, being played over 350,000 times during the promotion! On top of supporting the program through packaging, POS and social, we also created a Jurassic-sized Doritos chip at 12” tall for PR. The chip was teased and released with a dramatic spot featuring Dr. Henry Wu, and our actual Jurassic Doritos were sent to influencers for some amusing unboxing.
